"Jumpers For Goalposts Live At Wembley Stadium" handlar om hur Ed Sheeran, som första soloartist någonsin, sålde ut tre Wembley, helt på egen hand. I filmen får man följa med honom genom alla tre spelningar på arenan, samt se framträdanden av alla stora hits såsom "The A-Team", "Thinking Out Loud" och "Don't". Bortsett från liveframträdanden av hans låtar innehåller filmen även inblickar i Ed's vardag under hans turné samt intervjuer med de människorna som jobbar närmast honom.
